The Quality Administrator will manage and improve the quality management system (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and organize quality documents, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are easily accessible.
Audit Support: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, assist with audits, and track corrective actions.
Quality Metrics: Collect and analyze quality data, generate reports, and track performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Non-conformance & Corrective Actions: Document non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Supplier Quality Management: Maintain supplier records, track non-conformances, and assist in supplier evaluations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in defense or aerospace.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Quality management certification (e.g., CQIA, CQPA).
Experience with quality management software.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
