Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory compliance, and the ability to implement effective quality management systems. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with various departments to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.
Lead quality control initiatives by analyzing data from quality audits and inspections, providing actionable insights for process enhancements.
Fabricate test samples as needed for evaluation and validation of product specifications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality systems, including procedures, reports, and corrective actions.
Train staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
A strong Metrology background is a plus.
Experience conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
