Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Massachusetts, United States. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality tests on construction materials, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring products meet company and client specifications. Routine tasks will include sampling and testing materials, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience with quality testing, materials inspection, and quality assurance protocols
- Strong understanding of construction materials and production processes
- Basic skills in data collection, documentation, and reporting
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic construction environment
- Prior experience in construction or related industries is a plus
