Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and control, with Ready Mix Concrete with the ability to effectively implement quality management systems and conduct quality audits.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Analyze data collected during research and quality audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to produce products that meet quality requirements.
Implement and maintain quality systems that enhance operational efficiency.
Document findings from inspections and audits, providing detailed reports to management.
Participate in training sessions on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending corrective actions based on analysis of inspection results.
Requirements
Proven experience QC for Ready Mix Concrete or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality control processes of Ready Mix Concrete
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
Previous experience conducting quality audits is preferred but not mandatory.
