We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to support complex quality control activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work with a high level of autonomy under limited supervision.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and resolving manufacturing abnormalities, ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, and QMS requirements, supporting supplier quality activities, and mentoring junior technicians. This position is ideal for a quality professional who thrives in analytical problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Employment Contract (6 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a highly skilled Quality Control Technician, executing diverse and complex quality control tasks to support manufacturing operations.
- Analyze manufacturing abnormalities using strong technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Work under limited supervision, exercising autonomy within established procedures and quality frameworks.
- Review incoming supplier documentation (Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of Analysis, test reports) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchase orders and protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, including inspection, documentation, nonconformance handling, and change control.
- Proactively identify, document, and escalate deviations, nonconformances, or suspect materials through defined escalation pathways.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support the development and maintenance of laboratory hygiene programs, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation.
- Contribute to equipment maintenance and qualification activities to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readiness.
- Act as a mentor and technical resource for junior technicians, promoting best practices and quality culture.
- Ensure continuous compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards at all times.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in receiving inspection, supplier quality, or quality assurance (regulated industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Proven experience reviewing CoC, CoA, and supplier test documentation, with a solid understanding of material traceability requirements.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and escalate clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite presence required three days per week.
