Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems and inspection techniques, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a manufacturing environment.
Duties
Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and quality assurance protocols.
Document inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the fabrication process by providing feedback on quality issues and suggesting improvements.
Skills
Proficiency in data collection methods and statistical analysis related to quality control.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP standards, and their application in a manufacturing setting.
Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and using Calypso software for measurement analysis.
Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Ability to effectively communicate quality-related issues to team members and management.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
