Stauffer Glove & Safety is looking for a Supplier Administrator to join our team in Red Hill, Pennsylvania. This individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have exceptional attention to detail and communication.

The Supplier Administrator position is responsible for the full lifecycle administrative tasks related to all vendor/supplier agreements and contracts. This includes updating pricing agreements, processing rebates, ensuring all vendor/supplier information is up to date and maintained in the company ERP system. The Supplier Administrator communicates directly with their assigned supplier to maintain relationships and resolve any daily issues.

Essential Functions

Responsible for the set up and ongoing maintenance of all supplier information in the system; including terms, item set up, participation in buying groups, legal company information and point of contact information for the supplier.
Responsible for resolving any term discrepancies with suppliers, freight changes and any price changes that do not meet the contractual 30-day requirement.
Responsible for item file maintenance in the system, including discontinued items, item number changes, item merges and description changes. Ensure item changes are coordinated with appropriate internal teams and partner with category management team if item changes affect key categories.
Responsible for ensuring all supplier pricing is loaded into the company ERP system and is displayed correctly on company generated purchase orders.
Coordinate and communicate any special costs programs and ensure that the correct cost is loaded into the system. Perform periodic review of these programs to remove expired programs or update new cost for programs.
Internal point of contact for internal teams to address any identified errors related to supplier information or item pricing. Work with the internal team to understand the discrepancy and coordinate with the supplier to resolve.
Manage and process rebate contracts in place with key suppliers. Ensure all item pricing is accurate and current on the rebates. Review pricing changes from expired rebates to ensure accuracy on new rebate contracts.
Resolve with supplier if pricing change related to rebates are too high or negatively impacts terms of rebates. Communicate any pricing changes with sales support.
Responsible for updating and adding contracts in the system.
Prepare and file all monthly/quarterly rebates. Review for accuracy and follow through with accounting to ensure timely processing.
Maintain and update all supplier growth rebates in the system.
Attend all product training and supplier “meet and greets” to maintain supplier relationships.
Manage supplier recall inventory. Communicate supplier recalls with internal teams; includes sales, sales support, category management and purchasing.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain administrative role.
Proficient skill level in all Microsoft Office programs and specifically must have a proficient skill level in MS Excel with demonstrated proficiency for a minimum of

Minimum experience in a detail oriented role

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
Previous experience working experience in a purchasing department or in a purchasing role.
Proficient skill level in all Microsoft Office programs and specifically must have a proficient skill level in MS Excel.
