Job Overview:
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in API testing, AWS cloud technologies, and automation frameworks. This role will support a connected vehicle platform, working closely with backend developers and HIL bench testers to ensure software reliability and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & execute test plans for API and backend services.
✔ Perform API testing using Postman and validate endpoints.
✔ Utilize AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch) for cloud-based testing.
✔ Conduct performance & load testing for scalability and reliability.
✔ Monitor production systems and support production issue resolution.
✔ Automate tests using Python & SQL for data integrity validation.
✔ Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management.
✔ Log & track API defects using Azure DevOps.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
✅ Experience in Software testing (API testing focus).
✅ Strong AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
✅ Experience with PostgreSQL & DynamoDB.
✅ Familiarity with Kafka & event-driven architecture.
✅ Automation skills with Python & SQL.
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with eCommerce & subscription platforms (e.g., Zuora).
✔ Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform).
✔ Automotive industry experience (CAN/Canoe, J1939 protocols).
