Responsibilities:
Collect and maintain a database of variable compensation arrangements with eligible personnel
Review and assess work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.
Identify quality issues, trends, and areas for process improvement.
Document findings and provide feedback to relevant teams.
Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvements.
Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related concerns.
Send and receive emails, including managing attachments efficiently.
Update spreadsheets with relevant and accurate information.
Review images using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
Plan, organize, and conduct team meetings.
Communicate effectively with Radiologists to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and/or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
Certification and experience in radiology which is a plus but not required.
Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Understanding of Modality Imaging.
The ability to read and comprehend Medical Terminology
