What You’ll Do…
Select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
Complete all forms and documents required for audits and investigations, and communicate findings to quality assurance and operations management.
Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
Perform quality assurance ride-alongs with field technicians upon request.
Provide ongoing feedback to Field Check partners to improve quality results and reduce damages, including witness testimony when necessary.
Who We Are Looking For…
5+ years of locating experience and/or equivalent.
Ability to troubleshoot difficult locates and interpret utility plats proficiently.
Proficiency with locating equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Possibly 5+ years of investigation experience.
