About the Role
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Tech’s to join our manufacturing quality assurance team. In this role, you will perform precise visual inspections of small parts, assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and technical specifications. 1+ year of inspection or quality control experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Inspection: Perform thorough visual inspections of small parts and finished components to identify defects, blemishes, or inconsistencies.
- Quality Compliance: Use basic measurement tools and follow quality checklists to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
- Material Handling: Handle, pack, and prepare inspected parts for the next stage of production or shipping.
- Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are someone who naturally notices the small things that others might miss. You take pride in flawless work.
- Light Industrial Experience: General comfort and familiarity working in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
- Strong Hand-Eye Coordination: Ability to comfortably handle, manipulate, and inspect small pieces for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the 7:00 AM shift are an absolute must.
