Tasks
Conduct quality analyses on food products.
Collect samples of finished products as needed.
Record and archive results according to procedures.
Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections during production.
Perform environmental sampling at regular intervals.
Monitor non-compliance deviations, manage non-conformities, and quarantine affected products.
Train new employees during their onboarding and provide ongoing coaching to operational staff.
Perform sensory (organoleptic) testing on ingredients, intermediate products, and finished goods.
Support document and record system modifications.
Participate in implementing new food safety and quality requirements.
Other tasks as assigned based on operational needs.

Job requirements
At least 5 years of experience in quality control within the food or pharmaceutical sectors.
College diploma (DEC) in food science or a related field.
HACCP certification is considered an asset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software.
Advanced proficiency in English (to write documents in English and engage in daily communication 50% of the time).
