What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining product excellence by:
- Inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Performing quality control testing and documenting inspection results accurately.
- Identifying and communicating product quality concerns to production teams.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and observations.
- Assisting with instrument care, calibration, and quality documentation.
- Supporting plant safety and following all OHSE and quality procedures.
- Helping with press setup and cleanup during machine downtime.
- Using multiple software systems to track quality data, inventory, audits, documentation, and training.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and helping the site achieve quality objectives.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education in Chemistry or a related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years of quality control experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as gauges and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
