Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector performs quality checks on the production floor to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor production activities and verify procedures are followed according to specifications.
Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections of precast/prestress concrete products.
Document all testing records and inspections accurately and maintain organized records.
Control the movement of items through various production stages.
Report deviations and major defects to the Quality Control Manager promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist in training and perform hands-on activities as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in QC and/or concrete testing.
Relevant certifications such as ACI Field Tech I and PCI Level I, II, or III are a plus.
Ability to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings.
Strong record-keeping skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate is $24.33-$28.99/hr.
