Summary
Carry out practical work in the laboratory, including method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
Take responsibility for the QC part of projects.
Perform testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Support QC chemists with method transfer and project preparation to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Responsibilities
Transcribe laboratory data into electronic systems with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity principles.
Review and trend laboratory data to ensure conformance with specifications and regulations.
Document all data accurately and timely, following SOPs and cGMP standards.
Maintain databases and support data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Develop and review SOPs, data review templates, and protocols.
Collaborate with QC staff to investigate data deviations and support root cause analysis and CAPA.
Generate reports and metrics to support production and continuous improvement.
Review GDP and data integrity for all GxP data related to projects.
Support validation activities through data analysis and statistical evaluation.
Assist in audits by preparing data packages and responding to inquiries.
Provide training to QC personnel on data handling and reporting.
Support electronic systems and ensure data backup and access protocols.
Identify and resolve data quality issues collaboratively.
Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
Report issues and support safety initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field.
2-4 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory focusing on data transcription, analysis, or quality systems.
Proficiency in Excel, statistical tools, and LIMS.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and data integrity.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
