National Enterprise Systems was founded in 1987 as a full-service collection agency. Through the years, NES has grown to service a full range of account receivables nationwide, including student loans. We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Call Monitoring Representative who is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
This individual will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating collection calls in adherence to client specifications and relevant federal and state regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Listen to call recordings and find compliance issues
Ensuring adherence to all applicable state and federal laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Complete required forms based on call findings and communicate the results to the impacted individuals
Schedule and Benefits
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
