Full Time
Pay Range: USD $18.00 – USD $21.00 /Hr.
What You’ll Do
:
Following the Shipment Inspection Checklist, conduct quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped, including product returns from customers.
Resolve quality-related issues while adhering to deadlines.
Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
Accurate and timely inspection/calibration of our monitoring and measuring devices.
Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
Assist in the preparation of periodic quality meetings.
Technician will also be cross-trained in other areas, including, but not limited to:
Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Control.

What You’ll Need
:
5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Strong attention to detail and good vision.
Solid judgement and decision-making skills.
Ability to work overtime as required by the needs of the business.
Ability to work well with others, follow instructions and meet company goals.
Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in written form.
Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and meet quality and safety standards.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours).
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
Experience with Microsoft Tools (especially Excel, Word).
ISO
9001:2015 experience is a plus.
