Description:
An innovative company in filtration technology located in Hebron, IL seeks a quality control technician for full-time employment to work the third shift, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

QA Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Testing parts at beginning/middle of shift based on the job
Inputting numbers/measurements/papers into BPCS
Ensuring all quality meets customer satisfaction
In process inspections activities of all molded parts as stated on the quality control plans
Responsible for maintaining start up shots
Following non-conformance procedure
Responsible to communicate with team lead/techs in a timely manner
Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance
Maintain a clean and safe work area, report any unsafe working conditions
QA Technician Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to lift items ranging from 1-30 LBS
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of job-related experience
Injection Molding experience desired
Basic math skills to use scale and measure weights
Ability to read and write English and good verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours
Knowledge of measurement equipment/tools such as calipers, micrometers, smart scope, scales, and fixtures
To verify the quality of the products and use various test methods
