Responsibilities
Team Training & Leadership: Become the beacon of quality standards, leading training sessions on IPC-610 and more.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the manufacture of products in a compliant way, reviewing histories and executing quality plans.
Process Improvement: Engage with ECN’s and foster a smooth flow from changes to implementation.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Join hands with various teams to delve into root causes of issues using modern techniques.
Supplier Management: Tackle material issues ensuring the highest supplier standards.
Quality Control Inspection: Lead inspection processes with tailored forms and training guides when required.
Documentation & Reporting: Compile data, generate metrics, and present to stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
Passion and proactivity in quality engineering.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Expertise in equipment like AOI, Mydata, and Juki/Fuji.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office toolkit.
CQE Certification is a plus.
Working Conditions
