Air2O is hiring an experienced Quality Control Technician to inspect and test commercial HVAC equipment before shipment. If you have a strong quality background and enjoy solving problems before products reach customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial HVAC equipment during and after production
- Verify products meet blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
- Perform inspections using calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools
- Document inspection results and identify quality issues
- Work with production to resolve defects before shipment
Requirements
- 3+ years of Quality Control experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- HVAC manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
