We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) offering 40 hours per week, with opportunities on 1st and 2nd shifts. BE Power Equipment boasts a great team and a positive company culture that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Responsibilities
Monitor incoming parts, components, and key quality parameters
Ensure production processes meet specifications
Inspect finished products and packaging for quality standards before shipment
Escalate deviations observed during quality checks
Maintain quality control documentation, records, and reports
Evaluate and improve the quality management system
Troubleshoot compliance issues on the shop floor
Provide technical support on quality matters to employees
Collaborate with leadership to enhance in-process quality
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in a related manufacturing quality role
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Ideal Candidate Traits
Detail-oriented with a focus on workmanship accuracy

Strong troubleshooting skills with corrective action recommendations
Effective communicator capable of building relationships
Respectful and constructive in providing feedback
Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Physically fit, energetic, and self-motivated
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Safety-conscious mindset
Computer skills and system navigation proficiency
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen)
Legal ability to work in the USA
