About the Role

We’re looking for a Rolling Mills Manager to oversee the safe, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of bar products. You’ll manage a skilled team of supervisors and ensure that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to shape the performance and success of the Rolling and Round Bar Finishing areas.
✅Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and direct the Bar Mill Supervisors across multiple departments.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate production operations to meet order schedules and quality expectations.
Solve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance challenges to prevent production delays and control costs.
Ensure finished products meet customer specifications through robust inspection and quality processes.
Drive compliance with ISO-9002 standards, continuously updating operational practices.
Identify and recommend training opportunities to strengthen team skills and performance.
Promote and enforce all safety and environmental policies, promptly reporting any hazards.
Actively participate in personnel management including promotions, training, and disciplinary actions.
Provide valuable input into the company’s Capital Expenditure planning.
Champion a safety-first, quality-focused culture on the production floor.
