Introduction

A dynamic team supporting education technology systems is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support enterprise-level testing of CRM applications. This is a remote, short-term engagement with a strong focus on regression, functional, and performance testing across the SDLC. Ideal for an experienced tester with both manual and automation skills, especially within web-based platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing detailed test plans and executing manual and automated test cases

Validating data accuracy using SQL and performing in-depth data analysis

Collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify testing requirements

Documenting defects and test execution results with precision

Supporting sprint and release activities by estimating testing efforts and reporting status

Enhancing testing processes to ensure quality delivery throughout the SDLC

What You Bring to the Table

7+ years of experience testing complex web applications and full SDLC exposure

Strong SQL/database knowledge for data validation

3+ years of automation test case creation and execution

Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or BDD (preferred)

Familiarity with performance tools like WAPT Pro or similar (preferred)

Prior experience with CRM application testing (preferred)

Experience using Jira and Zephyr Scale for test tracking (preferred)
