Compensation:
$19 – $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor and verify that all products meet Sandridge’s high standards for quality, consistency, and safety
Conduct in-process and finished product inspections for temperature, weight, appearance, and label accuracy
Perform environmental and equipment swabbing, allergen testing, pH checks, and other lab-based tests
Collaborate with production teams to solve issues and prevent future problems before they start
Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and internal food safety guidelines and documentation standards
Maintain accurate and detailed records, because if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen
Be a resource on the floor for all things quality—your knowledge keeps us sharp and on track
Report non-conformances and follow through on corrective actions to make sure the fix sticks
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and consistency
Prior experience in quality assurance or food safety is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset
Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food manufacturing environments is a big plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay focused, and juggle multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working in cold/wet production areas as part of your daily routine
Solid communication skills—you’ll need to speak up, speak clearly, and speak confidently
Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
