As we continue to grow, we’re seeking experienced Quality Assurance / Weld Inspectors to join our team in Bloomfield, NM.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect welds, parts, and assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards
- Examine incoming materials and supplier parts for accuracy and defects
- Verify compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements
- Deliver clear, detailed inspection reports to drive continuous quality improvement
- Partner with production teams to uphold and strengthen our commitment to safety and excellence
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on QA/QC inspection experience
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and flow charts
- Strong knowledge of inspection practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
