Coetzee & Coetzee (Pty) Ltd, based in Blackheath, Kuilsriver, South Africa is looking for a vibrant and eager to learn Quality Controller in our food facility. You need to have a willingness to adapt to a System’s thinking and modern-day management practises.Â
Skills required:Â
Technical proficiency
Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
Thorough understanding of Food safety compliance standards
Ability to conduct audits and implement corrective actions and maintain documents that meet regulatory scrutiny.

Brief Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that all products and services produced meet the required standards
Maintain compliant and non-conformance processing through meticulous records and tracking systems, internal audits etc
Â
Qualifications required are
NQF6 or Higher National Diploma in the relevant field (food science)
Good computer skills
At least 2 years experience as Quality controller
