Quality Control Inspector (QC)

Job Summary
Cyber Aerospace Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will inspect aerospace machined parts throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and AS9100 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and CMM (preferred).
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Identify and report nonconforming products (NCR) and assist with corrective actions.
- Verify material certifications and inspection documentation.
- Ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maintain product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of Quality Control experience in manufacturing; aerospace experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. CMM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, FAIR, and inspection documentation is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is required. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime may be required)
