About the Role
At Bilesma Natural, quality is at the heart of our Ayurvedic and natural wellness products. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform testing to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and quality guidelines.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
• Ensure proper documentation in line with QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Train staff on quality standards, hygiene, and GMP practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science, Microbiology or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Quality Control role
• Experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities
