Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Controller based in Dublin. The Quality Controller will be responsible for inspecting and assessing vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards, and overseeing processes to meet Volkswagen's operational benchmarks. Daily responsibilities include performing audits, implementing quality assurance protocols, providing training, and collaborating with teams to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure standards and processes are upheld
- Experience in Quality Management to supervise compliance measures and optimize operational efficiency
- Strong skills in Auditing to perform systematic checks and assessments
- Experience in employee Training to improve overall performance and adherence to standards
- Familiarity with vehicle servicing and repairs is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
