Role Description The Quality Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Demra Thana. This position is responsible for reviewing edited images to ensure they meet client specifications, internal standards, and style guidelines before delivery. Day-to-day tasks include checking for accuracy in clipping paths, masking, background removal, color correction, retouching, and other editing work, as well as identifying errors, providing clear feedback, and coordinating revisions with the graphic design team. The Quality Controller will maintain quality checklists, help refine workflows, and support continuous improvement of production processes. The role also involves monitoring turnaround times, verifying that deadlines are met, and communicating with team leads to resolve quality issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of image editing concepts and workflows (e.g., clipping path, masking, background removal, retouching, color correction).
- Ability to review and evaluate visual quality, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines for e-commerce and product images.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.
- Attention to detail, ability to detect subtle visual errors, and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Effective communication skills to provide clear feedback to designers and collaborate with production teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in image editing, post-production, or quality control in a graphics or photography studio is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Demra Thana and adapt to a 24/7 production environment, including occasional work on holidays if required.
- Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when supported by relevant experience.
