Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
Grade 12 (Matric).
Diploma or equivalent in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance (e.g., Lead Quality Auditor, Internal Auditor, or Certified Quality Engineer).
2+ years proven experience in quality control or assurance.
Beneficial requirements:
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, SACAA regulations).
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality improvement methodologies.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in inspection and documentation.
Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
Reporting to Quality Assurance and Certification Manager.
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify and document defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
