Quality Coordinator: 1st shift $19.50-$25.50
Performs assignments that require special skills such as Die Cast, Gage Lab, Dyno, or Supplier Quality. Performs process capability studies, Gage Measurement System Analysis (MSA) s, and Gage calibration, and report on Statistical Process Control (SPC) data trends.
Job Responsibilities
Performs duties related to incoming materials including but not limited to contacting vendors to resolve quality issues, developing inspection instructions, determining disposition of assembly defects, tracking vendor quality ratings, lot containment, performing AQL sampling, developing sampling plans, and making determination on reject disposition.
Performs duties related to gauging and calibration including but not limited to scheduling and coordinating the calibration of gages in manufacturing, developing gage user instructions, coordinating delivery of gages to appropriate in-house calibration area and/or coordinating sending and tracking of off-site calibration.
Maintains quality system/database including but not limited to auditing and identifying missing data, developing custom reports upon request, and maintaining hardware on the shop floor.
Executes SPC charting interpretation and trend-analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
General Education Degree.
Experience Requirements
1.5 years of Quality experience.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
May be required to lift or carry product parts, and/or other materials of various smaller sizes and weights up to 17 lbs.
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
