Quality Coordinator Jobs in Buckeye, AZ at Renewable Energy Systems Limited
Under supervision by the group manager or team leader, a Software QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and fix defects, develop test plans, and create manual and automated tests. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. This role will involve interfacing with various hardware components including CNC, PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, and robots, and occasionally conducting hardware testing.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Create and maintain automated test scripts
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
Interface with hardware components such as CNC, PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, and robots
Conduct hardware testing as needed
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
No direct reports.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel based on customer demand
Essential Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-3 years’ experience; school internship experience is preferred
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and/or C/C++
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., GTest, MSTest, JUnit)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience
Experience with performance and security testing
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
CNC and automation experience is a plus
The listed salary range is approximate and reflects the anticipated compensation for this position as determined by salary analysis; both internal and external to MEAU. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Compensation may also vary due to market factors. MEAU retains the right to adjust compensation based on business needs.
Expected Salary: $68,400k – $79,000k
