Job Description
As part of our activities in Mezőtúr Hungary, Syngenta is looking for a:
Quality Coordinator (f/m/d)
Accountabilities
Pilot the implementation of the quality calendar of the function/site
Ensure Policies, CoPs, and all relevant documentation are known and understood by the teams
Ensure all Quality processes (Doc Mgt, NC, MOC, Mgt Review, Risks Review) are effective for the function/ site
Ensure NC and CC are recorded, analyzed and RCA done timely (NC from process and from audit – internal and external)
Coordinate the organization of local Management and risk reviews of the function/ site, while partnering with the Country Production Lead to ensure that relevant functional leads take ownership of necessary preparation, review and follow-up of the associated action plans and Quality observation flow
Coordinate Quality KPIs monitoring discussions and ensure that relevant functional leads take ownership of associated action plans
Act as an internal auditor for the region
Provide local Quality processes training based on specific needs
Participate to the EAME Quality Coordinator network
Participate to improve customer satisfaction
Escalate to EAME Q. Assurance any blocking factor
Drive maintenance of site related certification (such as ESTA, Seed Guard, etc.)
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities:
Relevant educational background
Fluent in English and Hungarian
Physiology of plants and seeds
Risk analysis, project management
LEAN management
Understanding of general Quality management systems and challenges
Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management
Statistics – basic knowledge
Familiar with computer tools, with the Microsoft and SAP pack
