Job Description:Overall management and leadership of the company’s quality assurance framework, with responsibility for maintaining and improving quality standards and ensuring compliance with standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the plant’s quality framework
- Direct management of the Quality Department team (:8 employees)
- Leading internal and external audits
- Writing, updating, and maintaining procedures
- Managing failure investigations, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement
- Conducting quality training and embedding work procedures
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality issues
- Ongoing cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, R&D, Procurement, PPC, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards according to company procedures
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in managing quality systems, preference for defense / manufacturing industries
- Experience and familiarity with ISO 9001; knowledge of additional standards – advantage
- Experience in quality control and inspection across Electronics / Mechanics / Optics
- Ability to read technical drawings – required
- Familiarity with manufacturing and logistics processes
- Proven experience in team management
- Familiarity with measurement processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with Priority ERP system – significant advantage
- Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Optical Engineering – advantage
- Certification in Quality Courses / Quality Engineering – advantage
- Proficient written and reading English skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad as needed
