Salary Range – $75,000 – $85,000

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Department and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the floor, developing procedures, solving problems, training team members, and ensuring high-quality production in line with ISO 9001 standards.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise the daily activities of the Quality Department
Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation
Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
Train and mentor staff in quality standards and best practices
Inspect incoming/outgoing materials and oversee nonconforming product handling
Collaborate with Engineering on process and product improvements
Coordinate calibration of measuring equipment and tools
Collect and analyze data to monitor trends and drive improvements
What You Bring:
3+ years in a quality leadership or supervisory role (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and production processes
Experience developing and implementing SOPs and quality procedures
Comfortable working on the production floor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software a plus
Skilled with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, etc.)
Strong communicator with solid organizational and training skills
Six Sigma or CQE certification is a plus
