Job Description
- Develop and execute the company-wide quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead all quality functions including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Supplier Quality, establishing key quality objectives, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Own and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Serve as the senior customer quality representative, managing customer complaints, audits, escalations, corrective actions, and overall quality performance.
- Evaluate customer quality requirements, contractual obligations, business risks, and commercial impacts to ensure commitments are operationally achievable and financially sustainable.
- Drive supplier quality excellence through supplier qualification, auditing, performance improvement, and development across electronic and electromechanical components.
- Improve manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI) quality by implementing robust quality tools, reducing defects, increasing yields, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience managing quality organizations and multidisciplinary quality teams.
- Strong expertise in quality management systems, ISO standards, customer quality management, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience supporting OEM customers, managing executive-level stakeholders, and working with power electronics products
