Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Contact Center managers of Service, Operations and Sales to identify learning needs throughout the department.
Design, develop and implement training programs and SOPs, independently and in collaboration with intradepartmental business partners and cross functional departments.
Review, update and overhaul our current training, as needed to ensure relevance, engagement and effectiveness.
Execute training programs for upcoming new programs for Sales Acceleration and Care & Service.
Review opportunities, develop strategy and implement for a revised knowledgebase and other agent facing content.
Utilize variety of formats, instructor led in-classroom, web based and blended learning environments, acknowledging different learning styles.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of seasonal training program, adjusting as necessary for 2024 season and revamping 2025 training for maximum impact and efficiency.
Ensure the team is informed of product launches, business campaigns, tech and process updates, and understand their impact.
Lead, support, guide, and develop the Supervisor of Training, Quality and Comms. and the new Quality Assurance Specialist reporting to you.
Further develop and execute the Quality Framework alongside the Customer Care Supervisors and Managers, ensuring quality results meet expectations.
Conduct regular call listening, email review and case reviews.
Offer regular quality and learning feedback to Managers and Supervisors.
Support the collection, analysis, and summary of information and trends for quality evaluation and coaching, presenting findings with improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development.
Experience with instructional design and program design and delivery.
Previous experience delivering training or coaching, from junior team to Train the Trainer programs.
Creative approach to training and a desire to make learning interactive.
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
Desire to be a change agent.
Ability to be agile and work in ambiguous environments.
Experience developing people and leading a team.
Passionate and compassionate. For our customers and our team members.
A self-starter with strong prioritization, management, and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic team player with a strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working in a customer contact center environment.
Understanding of contact center quality assurance scoring, calibrations and coaching.
Experience with luxury brand, a plus.
