Experience in Industrial Control Panel Fabrication is required. Objectives:
Complying with Brock Solutions’ quality assurance standards
Improving customer satisfaction
Cost management by reducing preventable errors
Diagnose, document and correct quality issues
Responsibilities may include:
Experience in industrial control panel fabrication and testing
Inspecting industrial control panels according to regulatory standards and operational parameters
Ensuring workmanship follows regulatory standards and Quality Assurance policies
Issuing of UL certification for products meeting all regulatory standards and Quality Assurance requirements
Maintaining Quality Assurance Documentation and Procedures
Training on Quality Assurance procedures
Panel fabrication
Qualifications
Required:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, time-management and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to perform in a high paced Team environment
Experience in industrial control panel fabrication and testing
Knowledge of PLCs and related equipment
Basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Solid understanding of electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
Previous experience testing/troubleshooting complex electrical circuits
High school diploma or GED
Applicants possessing a post-secondary pursuit of related technology programs is an asset. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience (Co-op experience is considered) in the industry. Training will be provided as part of this role.
