In this role, you will improve supplier quality, solve technical quality issues and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Your responsibilities:
As our Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality by developing, maintaining and improving quality practices, controls and standards. You will qualify and develop suppliers through audits and performance follow-up, acting as the main quality contact for suppliers. To succeed in this role, we hope you have:

- Familiarity with quality tools and methods such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S and Control Plans.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly, hydraulics and electrics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications and experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and experience in heavy machinery/mobile equipment are considered an advantage.
As a person, you are systematic, curious and structured in the way you work. You enjoy investigating quality issues, identifying their root causes and turning your findings into practical improvements. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
What we offer:
At Tana, you will be part of an international company with a strong purpose and a practical, down-to-earth culture. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have the autonomy to make practical improvements that support both our customers and our operations.
