Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, testing, and inspection to maintain product integrity.

Designing and installing advanced testing equipment to support quality initiatives and performing rigorous product testing and analysis.

Analyzing quality reports and defective product data to identify trends and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborating with supplier representatives to resolve quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions, and supporting supplier quality improvement programs.

Leading root cause analysis investigations and documenting findings in compliance with quality system regulations.

Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Participating in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and enhance product performance.

Maintaining and updating quality documentation and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and regulatory compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and draw sound conclusions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across departments and with suppliers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with quality tools such as root cause analysis, CAPA, and statistical process control.

Experience with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, or other medical device quality systems is preferred.

Familiarity with software such as Minitab, SAP, or other quality data analysis tools is a plus.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing or regulated industry is preferred.
