Tier 1 Automotive Supplier and European leader in its market of plastic products, is recruiting for its production site in Trnava, Slovakia.
Responsibilities
Attached to the Quality Department you will be involved in all Quality subject ; or internally in Production ; or with our Supplier ; and of course with our customers (especially German).
As such, you should :
- Take charge of customers and products that are given to you both during project phase and Mass Production.
- Project Phase : in close collaboration with the French teams (Project Department and Quality) implement quality tools to ensure the development of new products ; in order to reach customer requirements in term of PPAP documentation.
- Start Series : follow the first productions runs and validate all the documents produced (FMEA, Control Card, Plans …).
- Mass Production : ensure the achievement of quality in Life Series (ppm, claims, …) and monitor improvement plans. Quality management in production workshop; Quality wall management and operators of control
- Customer or Internal Claim : ensure the security of customer and conduct analyzes to trace the root causes, implement action plans and evaluate their effectiveness. Management customers portals
- Prepare and conduct customer audits, internal audits and IATF certification audits ; and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements and conduct training session, LPA, …
- Perform all products checks defined.
Qualifications
- Engineer’s degree (5 years graduate) or equivalent specialized in Quality
- 5+ years’ of industry experience, you have a first significant experience in the same type of position, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Methodical, rigorous in the product approach, your sense of responsibilities and you interpersonnal skills, organization and team work are essential
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
- Good costumer relationship and leadership
- Fluent in English mandatory, German appreciated
