We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities
Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging.
Label packages with necessary information and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged goods and supplies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them at all times.
