Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our client’s team in Weymouth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and oversee
Quality Assurance
systems to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, as well as company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
* Address customer needs, including RCCA processes, business development initiatives, and workshops.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters internally and externally, including suppliers.
* Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain business accreditations.
* Manage and contribute to NCR/RCCA activities within the company.
* Interpret and analyze First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
* Represent the company in key customer business reviews.
* Promote and establish standardized processes across the organization.
* Act as a change agent to enhance quality controls and operational systems.
Skills and Experience:
* Comprehensive understanding of products and processes used in aerospace parts and assemblies manufacturing.
* Preferably AS9100 Lead Auditor trained.
* Familiarity with AS, ISO, and NADCAP standards is an advantage.
* HNC qualification in a relevant discipline or a Professional Quality Engineering certification.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Experienced in applying
problem-solving
techniques.
* Comfortable working in a
fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
Role Details:
* Day shifts: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
