Role Description

1. Customer & Supplier liaison dealing with Quality requirements and acting as SPOC

2. Responsible for managing supplier and customer complaints

3. Seamless interfacing within the organization & departments

4. Preparing documents, presentations, studies, analysis reports, quality related documentation, technical support, problem resolution reports and work instructions

5. Proficient knowledge of APQP process including CP and FMEA

6. Ability to read and understand drawings and measurement reports including GD&T

7. Understanding of correct use of measuring devices & systems

8. Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing activities required for Quality related topics

9. Applies knowledge and experience of quality principles such as TQM, PDCA, FTQ, statistical data and trending analysis, eg pareto charts

10. Representing QA as core team member and participating in program management meetings

11. Traveling to customer and supplier sites

Qualifications

1. Completed technical degree

2. Commercial understanding

3. Several years of professional experience in the technical field (preferably in the automotive sector)

4. Application knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

5. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and various quality procedures and methods (Automotive Core Tools)

6. IT skills (MS Office, SAP)    

 7. Structured way of working

8. Ability to work in a team
