We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the quality control of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of up-to-date general cleaning practices and procedures, as well as experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans as outlined in subcontract agreements. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and protocols.

Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections of cleaning services provided by the custodial staff.

Identify and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Track, analyze, and report data on quality control performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Manage and oversee Quality Assurance projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and timelines.

Supervise and support Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Conduct training sessions to ensure custodial staff follows best practices and established quality control protocols.

Stay informed about industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality assurance programs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to quality assurance.

Responsible for conducting inspections and submitting Quality Assurance Reports to the Contract Monitor or designee.

Must supervise the Contractor’s and subcontractor’s employees and accomplish inspections per the Quality Assurance Plan.

Qualifications:

At least three years of experience in janitorial or custodial services, with a focus on quality assurance.

Working knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and industry-recognized Quality Control Plans.

Prior experience as a Quality Control Inspector/Technician highly preferred.

Proven experience supervising employees and managing quality assurance programs.

Strong organizational, project planning, and management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Must be fluent in English and knowledgeable in janitorial cleaning techniques.
