ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Quality Engineer.
Location: Athens
Working Model: On Site
️You will be reporting to: Head of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management
Your work will include:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and driving continuous improvement across all operations.
More specifically:
- Develop and implement the quality plan and the other Company’s procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and improve quality performance by setting and monitoring KPIs with regards to ISO 9001 and EN 13816 as a minimum
- Qualification, regular assessment, and evaluation of suppliers
- Organization and implementation of internal and external audits and inspections, including reporting and coordination of all related activities
- Monitoring the Company’s quality system and maintaining the necessary certifications (according to ISO & EN standards)
- Define corrective actions and related action plans, managing and coordinating them, managing the findings of internal and external inspections/ audits, as well as non-conformities and other actions related to the Quality Management System
- Carry out internal audits and visits throughout the installations of the Company to identify, assess and reduce quality risks
- Participate, organize internal training, support to lessons learned and collaboration between sites.
- Ensure reporting as required
- Positively participate in Quality projects to improve and develop the quality performance
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering – any specialization in the quality field is an advantage.
- 3-5 years proven professional experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance ideally in the industrial and/or construction sector including previous participation in audits/inspections
- Fluency in English and PC literate
- Knowledge of the Principles of ISO 9001- holding internal auditor or lead auditor IS0 9001 certifications will be considered as a plus

Compensation Package and Benefits:
- Salary range: 1.800€ – 2.500€ monthly/gross (depending on skills & experience
