This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Responsibilities
Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Provides liaison support between the Quality Assurance Team and all other functional areas within the organization
Provides support on compliance and regulatory interpretation, calibration, materials review and work instructions.
Provides support to MFT and SCM to manage defective material/rework activities
Leads process improvement teams to improve quality and to optimize mft output.
Functions as the Change Coordinator as part of the Change Management system and leads the Change Board Meeting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality and/or Engineering preferred. ASQ, CQE/CQA qualification preferred.
4+ years’ of industry experience
Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
Knowledge and application of Continuous Improvement tools, i.e. Lean, PDCA, 6 Sigma and TOC
