Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing and operational functions.
  • Assist with managing nonconformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in and support root cause analysis investigations related to quality issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Track corrective actions to ensure timely closure and sustained effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
  • Support production processes to ensure alignment with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with customer quality inquiries, audits, and compliance documentation as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and control quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Ensure controlled documents remain accurate, current, and compliant with ISO standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and quality best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process improvement within a manufacturing or engineered-products environment.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
  • Experience applying quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating successfully across cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting audits or responding to customer quality requirements.

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $100,000 + 10% Bonus
