✅What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality. You’ll collaborate across departments, guide teams, and use your expertise in material science to make smart, data-driven decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly quality performance metrics
Analyzing product and process data to drive improvements
Ensuring compliance with technical standards and the Production System
Leading and participating in corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives
Training workforce on quality standards and best practices
Working closely with engineers and operating staff to align production with customer expectations
Observing product quality at internal and external facilities
Making quality disposition decisions for materials produced
✅ What You Bring:
A B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related Materials Science field
Strong technical knowledge in metallurgy and process engineering
Clear and effective communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data
